Terms and conditions
These terms govern the web design and development services provided by JNB Creative Studio. By requesting a quote or hiring a project, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose and acceptance
This document sets out the conditions under which JNB Creative Studio provides design and development services for landing pages and websites. Requesting a quote, approving a proposal, or starting a project means you fully accept these terms.
2. Services offered
Visual design, layout, and development services for custom landing pages and websites for independent professionals and entrepreneurs, including:
- Design of the visual identity and page structure.
- Website development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic optimization for mobile devices and search engines.
- Assistance with publishing the site.
For stores built on Tiendanube or Empretienda, the design and customization are limited to the features and options available under the plan the client selects for their store. Each platform sets its own plans, terms, and features, which are outside JNB Creative Studio's control.
3. Quotes and payment terms
Every project is quoted individually based on its scope and complexity. A 50% deposit of the total value is required to start the work, and the remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the project. Payment methods are agreed directly with the client.
4. Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines are provided once the quote is approved and depend on receiving content, images, and any other required material from the client on time. Delays in providing this material may change the originally agreed timeline.
5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the text, images, logo, and any necessary access (domain, hosting, or other) on time, and to review and approve progress within reasonable timeframes agreed upon for each stage of the project.
The client is responsible for domain registration and renewal fees, as well as any other costs required to connect the domain to the hosting service. These costs are not included in the service quote.
6. Revisions and changes
Each project includes reasonable rounds of adjustments within the original scope agreed upon in the quote. Additional changes, or changes that go beyond the initial scope, are quoted separately.
7. Intellectual property
Once the project has been paid in full, the client acquires the usage rights to the final design developed for their site. JNB Creative Studio reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and professional profiles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations and refunds
If the client decides to cancel the project once work has begun, the deposit already paid is non-refundable, as it covers the hours and tasks allocated to the project. In particular cases, any exceptional situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the project's progress.
9. Limitation of liability
The service provided consists of designing and developing a landing page or website in line with the agreed scope; therefore, no specific business results (such as sales, search engine rankings, or traffic volume) are guaranteed, as these depend on multiple factors beyond the design of the site.
10. Communication
The main communication channel is WhatsApp, available Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 ART (Argentina time, GMT-3). Response time to messages is within 24 business hours. Inquiries received outside these hours are answered on the following business day.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the services offered. Any changes take effect once published on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the provision of the service will be resolved in accordance with that legislation.
